  • Place telephone calls to potential respondents to complete surveys
  • Read surveys to respondents while remaining subject-neutral and professional
  • Record the responses of the respondent accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete scheduled call-back appointments to complete surveys
  • Assist as needed in other areas of the office including data entry and mailings as assigned

 

High school degree or GED equivalent. Ability to speak, read and understand English. Ability to use Windows operating system to conduct surveys.

Environmental demands: Must be able to stay seated at a computer for the duration of shift
